Cowdray House Wedding Photography & Events

Indoors Buck Hall is a stunning space for a wedding ceremony and to have your wedding breakfast. It’s a very grand hall but also feels warm and welcoming. I love the warm tones of the walls and the fact that the room can be styled in so many different ways. Cowdray House also has luxury rooms for the wedding guests that wish to stay. The bridal suite is filled with beautiful natural light and has plenty of space for all your bridesmaids or groomsmen to get ready.

Situated in West Sussex, Cowdray House is a spectacular country house wedding venue set in beautiful grounds. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing several weddings here in different seasons, and it’s been a joy to see how the gardens change at different times of the year.

Outdoor ceremonies can be held on the lawn, surrounded by 110 acres of private gardens.

Tell me about your favourite wedding last season?

How long have you been functioning as a wedding venue?

The Argent wedding – a large Jewish wedding where they personalised the venue with mountains of fresh flowers and had a traditional Jewish ceremony. Alternatively, the couple that had an amazing roaming band who performed during the wedding breakfast amongst the tables and guests got so into it, everyone was clearly having the best time ever. Good vibes.

Cowdray House has been functioning as a wedding venue for 7 years.

Spring Wedding at Cowdray House

When I first visited the Cowdray estate for Fiona and Andy’s pre-wedding photoshoot I instantly understood why they love the location so much and see it as an escape from London life. With it’s gardens, woodlands, ruins, café, farms and farm shop and of course the main house it’s a perfect place to escape to.

Summer Wedding at Cowdray House

I was really happy to be returning to Cowdray House to photograph Gemma and Mark’s wedding, they are such a lovely couple and Cowdray House is one of my favourite wedding venues. Gemma and Mark had chosen the venue so they could eat in a hall rather than a marquee and have their guests stay over.
