ARDINGTON HOUSE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Ardington House is one of Oxfordshire’s most elegant wedding venues, and it’s a stunning backdrop for romantic, timeless photography. As a wedding photographer who loves working at Ardington House, I’m always inspired by its Georgian architecture, sweeping lawns, and idyllic riverside setting—perfect for relaxed couple portraits and natural candid moments. The light-filled ceremony spaces, grand interiors, and marquee options offer beautiful versatility throughout the day, while the surrounding estate creates endless opportunities for creative outdoor shots in every season. If you’re planning an Ardington House wedding and want photography that captures the charm, emotion, and unique atmosphere of this incredible venue, I’d love to help bring your vision to life.

OUTDOOR CEREMONIES AT ARDINGTON HOUSE
Outdoor ceremonies at Ardington House feel incredibly serene, with the ceremony space beautifully framed by water on all sides and sheltered by mature trees that offer natural shade throughout the day. At the heart of the setting is the elegant ceremony temple/gazebo, which becomes a stunning focal point as couples exchange their vows. It can be dressed beautifully with flowers, soft draping, or seasonal décor, creating a truly personal backdrop for your ceremony photographs. From a photographer’s perspective, the combination of reflective water, dappled light through the trees, and Ardington House standing proudly in the background creates an effortlessly romantic atmosphere and endless opportunities for timeless, natural images..

Katie & Roger
Katie and Roger started their day with a sweet first look and some relaxed portraits before everything kicked off. It was a gorgeous summer’s day for their outdoor ceremony, and golden hour couldn’t have been more perfect. The speeches in the marquee were heartfelt, and doing photos earlier meant they could spend plenty of unhurried time with their guests during the reception.
Jo & Chris
Even with the threat of rain, Jo and Chris chose to hold their ceremony outside. A beautiful marquee had been set up, gently framing the ceremony area and the house. Jo’s dress was uniquely elegant, and the scarf she wore added a lovely finishing touch to her look.
