Charlie & Tom’s Luxury French Wedding
Le Mas de La Rose wedding
The morning preparations for Charlie & Tom’s wedding were taking place at the venue and when I arrived I really thought it couldn’t get much better than this luxurious but charming setting with it’s olive trees and fields of lavender in full and fragrant bloom. It really is a photographer’s delight!
But I hadn’t anticipated just how spectacular the church would be. The sumptuous golden décor and walls adorned with artwork in ornate frames made it quite unlike any church I’ve seen before.
After the ceremony we headed back to Mas De La Rose where the weather was just perfect for the reception around the pool. Charlie and Tom are such a lovely couple and we had great fun dodging bees in the lavender fields while we made the most of the glorious golden evening light for their portraits.
The celebrations continued with lots of laughter, especially during Charlie’s Dad’s speech, a fantastic sparkling cake, and fun filled party with a live band.
I managed to take some time before and after the wedding to explore the area a little and indulge my love of travel and exploring. And of course I had to top up my wine supplies while I was there!
