Sarah & Ewan’s Autumn Pre-Wedding Photoshoot in Richmond Park

Richmond Park is a beautiful location for a pre-wedding portrait session and it’s also a place that holds a special place in my heart. I grew up not far from Richmond Park and have some lovely memories of childhood family visits. When I went to university I was happy to find myself back in the area and I lived just down the road from the park.

It’s also a special place for Sarah and Ewan, in fact, Ewan proposed in the park at sunset. So, of course, we chose to have their session at sunset on a beautiful autumn day. There are so many different locations to choose from with lots of open spaces, a lake, and the wooded areas which looked stunning with the autumn colours and the warm golden light.

It was great to spend time wandering through the park and getting to know Sarah and Ewan and hearing all about their fabulous plans for their Hampton Court House wedding, a venue I’ve photographed at before and after our time together I couldn’t wait to meet up with these guys again on their wedding day.
