Louise & David’s Bury Court Barn Wedding Photos
Bently, Farnham
Louise and David chose Bury Court Barn as the venue for their wedding. I was very excited to hear about the location. The walled gardens are beautiful, and I was keeping my fingers crossed for stunning weather. However, the day of the wedding arrived, and my crossed fingers must have done some good, because the weather held and not one drop of rain fell, despite the grey skies!
Louise chose to get ready in the cottage adjoining the barn. She is a warm, fun, and bubbly lady who always has a humungous smile. It is ridiculously infectious! That morning she was very emotional, a tad bit nervous, and overwhelmed with love. Louise’s emotions came right to the surface when she caught a glimpse of David arriving through the cottage’s window.
The Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony was held in the barn, a rustic venue with gorgeous oak beams and twinkling fairy lights. Very simple and country elegant. As Louise’s dad gave her hand to David, a hush went over the crowd. Everyone was filled to the brim with emotion. The weather stayed lovely, and after the ceremony, the guests moved to the walled gardens to sip drinks and mingle. I whisked the pair away from all the hustle and bustle for pictures around the beautiful gardens.
Back inside the barn, the wedding breakfast began. Each table had a Marks and Spenser biscuit tin in the shape of a van to display the table number. Louise and David had been collecting them and had spray painted them black as a tribute to the couple’s love of racing. It was a sweet way to share a bit of themselves to their guests. The food was simply delicious, and the celebrations extremely lively.
