Goodness me, what an incredible day, I am not sure where to start!

This wedding was absolutely stunning!! Both St Etheldreda’s Church and The Saville Club made the perfect venues. Ciara got ready in the morning in an amazing apartment that she hired from One Fine Stay. Close friends and family were all able to stay together the night before and after the wedding!

St Etheldreda’s Church

The church service was a dream to photograph, perfect warm lighting, and the most amazing stained glass windows. The choir sang so beautifully and Ciara and Simon looked amazing and very much in love!

I have been fortunate enough to photograph St Etheldrad’s church a couple of times now and really believe it’s one of the most beautiful churches in London. The stained glass windows are very special.

City Portraits

We went to a couple of locations around London for Ciara and Simon’s portrait session, including the Millennium Bridge in front of St Pauls, and Temple. The weather was perfect with a beautiful golden light, which helped warm us all up as it was a little chilly!

The Savile Club Wedding Reception

Back at the Savile Club tables had been beautifully set in the ballroom, the painted ceiling is like something out of a Harry Potter movie or gives the feel of a hot summers day as you look up into the painted blue sky with white puffy clouds. The interior is elegant and sophisticated with an old-world charm and makes such a beautiful setting for a wedding.

We took advantage of the sweeping staircase for the formal photographs of the families then headed downstairs to the “Sandpit” for an awesome party surrounded by walls adorned with framed pictures.

To top the evening off Ciara and Simon had choreographed their first dance which was great fun and energetic.
